    The consequences for failure to Mirandize a subject after arrest is the exclusion of any evidence of the interrogation, together with the "fruit of the poisonous tree."  Let's say he spills his guts now, and tells everything about the incident (but nothing about his reasons and/or collaborators).

      not violations of the rule of law.

      I will leave it to the US Attorney General and the District US Attorney in charge to make such determinations.

      There are various legal work-arounds that may apply. Plus, they may figure they have plenty of evidence to put No. 2 away for life/death already. Who knows.

      Nevertheless, this diary is out-of-touch with the law and reality.
