whooopeeeee!!!  I know, I know... I could have started them myself, but you know this past winter was kinda a crap out for me.

      •  usually.... (6+ / 0-)

I buy them when the vines are like mad crazy to untangle.  These are only about 6 inches high in growth.

it isn't hot hot out yet, of course, but it's also not so cold that I can't have plants out hardening.

Too cool for those veggies that like hot feet, though.

So I am part of the hoarding horticultural horde... pots of plants all over the place!!!

I put up a rough set up of fencing.  Pootie #1 will be soooo happy to be leashless!  I won't leave him out there alone, though.  It's so when I'm working in the garden, he can come along and roam instead of being on a tie-out stake.

Eventually, I want to put up a catio in the area where the old pond was - and build it so that it's fully enclosed so even Mushu can go out there.  Mushu I saw climbing up the yew as far as my bedroom window!!  So I can't risk letting him out without knowing he's totally secure and safe.

But that's probably next years project.  I've got way too many things going on at once as it is!!

I'm feeling kinda guilty knowing others have been slammed with cold and snow.  We have cooler than normal temps, but nothing like what Frankie and welso were hit with!!

My redbuds are blooming!!!  :D  And the crabapple is just starting.  The almond is past bloom.  The little peach tree is blooming (I never get any peaches from it.  It's sadly neglected, like the blueberries).

I found a mock orange!  (finally)
