    Sometimes, when our loved ones start to go (either mentally or physically), we have a hard time dealing with the fact that they are no longer there in the way we have always  known them ... and we start to see what will happen when it is our turn. So we deal with it in either of two ways, we get mad at them for "doing this to us" or we feel like we should be perfectly able to deal with everything (like they do in the sappy movies).

    But we are just humans dealing with grief and overloaded with problems, situations or issues over and above our own. And we cannot fix every situation as much as we may wish that we could. We can do only so much BUT we can do more when we take care of ourselves and take occasional breaks or vent in a safe place (like here).

    Take a break, get a cup of tea or a stiff drink, love on your husband, give yourself a chance to feel human for a little while. Can you feel the good vibes coming from this community.
