Does not define my right to speak.

Terrorists seek to sow terror. These terrorists sought to sow terror. Therefore the term terrorists applies.

Regardless of whatever U.S. Code, Section 2656f(d) says.

No one is trying to take away your right to speak at all, so that's sort of a non-sequitur. Still, are you not interested in consistent definitions for the benefit of our language?

And if your only definition is 'well that terrorized someone', is 'terrorist' or 'terrorism' a substantial enough term when referring to acts like 9/11 or the OK City bombing?

I see what you did there.

Did I claim my right to speak was being taken away.

The post does say I am under zero obligation to use the definition supplied  U.S. Code, Section 2656f(d) as I go about living my life.

        See the difference?

Why would that be sensical unless the diary inferred the code defined your right to speak?

          •  That is why this diary exists. (0+ / 0-)

Also: The color white appears white to human eyes.  WTF?

From a different post of mine:

The general public, by the way, is ultimately the body which decides these matters of what is and what is not common language usage. Ain't they?
Don't want Americans to call these two terrorists? Have at it. Only 315,000,000 more people to convince. Is that what you want to do with the rest of your life?

      is a big time terrorist.

Essentially the entire neighborhood is scared shitless of it.  Luckily its owners (or should I say terrorist harborers?) rarely let it get loose . . . .
