  •  Normally, I would agree, but in this specific (0+ / 0-)

case, with the Boston Bomber, I do have to say trying him is a waste of time. I know legally I am completely in the wrong about this, but morally, I have to say he's better to us dead.

    •  There is nothing moral in (8+ / 0-)

judgments about worth of another's life.  That's just human arrogance decked out to masquerade as "morality".

      •  Then I'll call myself arrogant as I say I think (0+ / 0-)

we should just kill the Boston Bomber and be done with him and get on to more important issues in our country.

          you're a law student.

I just think that there is no positive reason for these people to still be on our Earth and we should just get rid of them with as little sympathy as they had for the lives they took.
there are certain crimes I don't think we should waste our time trying. An example should be set that if you fuck with us in this magnitude we will fuck right back. My other idea was to blow his legs off and kick him out of the country, but I think that has less popularity.
i'd be astonished if you passed high school government.  please seek a refund and apply it to some help for what i can only politely describe as issues and very flawed thinking.
