    are the sorts of lawyers who would take this case in an instant if they felt they could give him top counsel. I can see Kuby doing it since this is what he does, but Greenwald hasn't practiced law in years and lives out of country so he'd likely offer legal advice at most and not actual representation.

    I hope he gets excellent legal representation, not only because as you say like anyone he has a right to it, but to show the country and world that we can be civilized when we choose to be, and to make the other side work its ass off and not let this turn into a slam dunk show trial. The public wants blood. We have to give them justice. Vengeance is not justice.
