    guess I should reconsider. There are many, many easy but pleasant hiking trails in my area. Time for me to get out there.

      and focusing on breathing helps.

      But sometimes, I just can't turn off the worries of the day.

      They're always ready to return at a moments notice, if we let them.

      Grounding to something larger, can help keep them at bay

      (or at least in perspective.)

        I like visiting one nature area regularly is to pay attention to the gradual changes I can notice. That helps me get out of my head for sure.
