  •  'Retirement and Rural Development'? In AZ? (1+ / 0-)

Those seem like two subjects of focus that don't go hand in hand.  Wouldn't it be logical to have them handled by two separate committees?

I'm from an agricultural state that also has coal mining.  I don't think coal mines are considered 'rural development'.  Oh well, perhaps uranium mines are different....like the lady says, they'll cover stuff up and you won't even know they've been there.  Then AZ can develop retirement communities on top of the unseen uranium mines.

Is it courageous to propose tax cuts but not identify a single tax expenditure to rein in? Is it courageous to target your deepest cuts on the poorest Americans, who vote in lower numbers and provide little in campaign contributions?
