throughout its existence, mostly violent and greedy.  Of course, we call it Democracy and Capitalism.  But it's basically trying to oust dictators, so that we can help install friends as leaders, who are allies in capitalism.

Since we believe in greed, we will die by that.

Eisenhower, no lefty by anyone's standards, warned of the mix of capitalism and military conquest, and he was dead on.

As far as being against wars, this country is scraping the bottom of the barrel as far as having any damned effect any more.

    It's over.

We're just waiting for the last gasps of our twin Gods.

And now that China is adopting capitalism, we will eventually be begging THEM for manufacturing jobs, to fuel THEIR newly found (and government sanctioned) greed.

Our peacenik friend sin the media have been relegated to hippie magazines, and youtube.

And.........................books.....................which hardly anyone ever reads any more.  At least non-fiction.

I'll say it again.  It's over.  They won.

Now, just try to love one another as best as we can, as the walls come crumbling down around us.

And I'm not a cynic.  I'm a realist.  And I'm relatively happy.  Go figure.
