but it's a maladaptive coping mechanism, by and large.  Better to recognize the source of problems within a context of 'fixing' or 'doing better' in future, focusing on the potential for improvement.

      with that view.

      --Not for long.

The majorities in congress are in part a measurement of the Democrats' motivation program for 2010.

        not with that attitude..

The strength of the Democratic party has to lie in the fact that Democrats were not as forceful to get the word out in 2010 that their vote was important.. AND that some were moving away from Obama and voting all together because some didn't get their rainbow and unicorn ride .. And they also did not get the memo that by voting day, Democrats no longer had a majority because of Dems leaving or dying (Ted Kennedy).. So the the majority that I think you're eluding to was not there and is still not there... We have a majority of folks who are amateur politicians, tools of the Right, who couldn't pass a Civics 101 class... I think DEMOCRATS have to to get their heads out of their asses and look around at the damage caused by Republican's childish refusal to play nice and campaign to start changing things -- and also realize that they still won;t have the majority in the Senate after 2016 -- but they can start the change...
