    •  I think you are sadly correct.... (4+ / 0-)

we aren't rooting for the next bloody assasination of vulnerable children, teens, office workers, by some man with an AR-15 to make a point.

We are planning to bring it up, over and over and over, with sadness and shame, that we have such cowards in office that they are afraid to vote for criminal background checks,  straw purchase regulations, regulations of explosives and restrictions on magazine sizes, not to mention the military style weapons themselves.

And we will call out that list of names as the cowards they are, over and over, until they come to fear the rest of us like they fear the NRA.

in the comment indicating rooting for something like that to happen. It's just saying that, if it does, which unfortunately is likely given the state of things in this country, she'll have some explaining to do.

Republicans...think the American standard of living is a fine thing--so long as it doesn't spread to all the people. And they admire the Government of the United States so much that they would like to buy it. Harry S. Truman

Anyone who is going to see villainy in what I post rather than what Ayotte did isn't available to my screed, anyway.
