      Let me guess: Oxford?  Sorbonne?

Cutting Social Security will end my support for the Democratic Party.

      This statement is Chavez prop?

...systematically carried out kidnapping, renditions, torture and is still conducting outright assassinations
Mmmm... Kill list(s) Minority Report style aka Love, American Style-

Craven comment given the facts, and lack of respect for the deceased-

Cancer, diabetes, strokes, and it kills your brain cells.
Maybe you can freeze yourself and wake up in a hundred years when things might get better. Or maybe not.
Better to work for real change than put in cosmetic changes (BHO, Kerry, Brennan at CIA) and pretend you are accomplishing something.

this is in response to the complaint, the whine above
"all you do is spread the Chavez propaganda".

Listen, he is dead. Despite his leaving, Venezuelans want to keep moving on, not revert, become a vassal and a satrapy of the USA.

that you would like to articulate? or are you just hoping that by labeling chavez propoganda no one will actually consider the validity of the points argued above?

    •  Be careful, Chavez is highly revered aroud here. (0+ / 0-)

Never mind his suppression of free speech and free press, never mind his applauding Iraq's crackdown of protesters after their rigged election, never mind his bashing the US for daring to help Haiti after their earthquake, that's all good because he's of the "left".

      •  Geeez, you have been on here all of two weeks (0+ / 0-)

and you know everybody to a T. Amazing crystal ball, Tony.

Iraq had a rigged election?  How could that be when the world's truly one premier democracy liberated those suffering  Iraqis from paying 25cents a gallon for gasoline and using free health care and guaranteed a democracy in Iraq as good as the one here! (snark)

US has "helped" in Haiti many times, and installing Duvalier "Papa Doc" and overthrowing and exiling Aristide and other covert antics shows the world  how a big country deals with a weaker small country, really shows the ethics and character of a true democracy! (more snark).

I swear, at least 8 to 10 % of the lurkers and posters around here are stovepiping US News and World Report or at least the neoliberal fake democratic persiflage and fluffery.  That is why you (Tony Situ) can gripe about Chavez being popular around here.  He is certainly MORE popular in death than Bush Junior in life.  Who knows, by the end of his term BHO might be less popular than Chavez around here.

Your one true statement! he he!!
