    was only comp time as an option, no overtime pay.

    But I will say this for that agency, they gave the employee total control at to how to take that comp time and when to take that comp time. But I often voice that I would rather have overtime pay to which My boss said he would too but we worked in community action which was not funded by the taxpayers, depended on grants, and it was a nonprofit.

    But my dad worked for the USPS and they got overtime pay for sure...guys would line up by seniority to get that overtime pay and work on one of their days off..he would gladly work 6 days a week when asked for that time and a half.
