    only once a month, so you'd be in great shape. Usually communities have 2-3 (2 in most cases) communal meals a week, so we're talking 8-12 meals a month, and with 12 units that adds up to everyone cooking about once a month and enjoying home-made dinners made by others the rest of the time.

    And yes, each unit has its own kitchen, because you still have to cook for yourself the rest of the time. It's a really nice mix, I think.
