    years ago I used to use it on the new english and poison ivy when it came up every spring, (it's rampant in my wildness of a yard) because I thought it was safe. But then I found out otherwise and became a dedicated puller. So maybe just letting them know will do the trick.

    I now get a nice poison ivy rash almost every year though.

      rose garden. I got the idea from the railroad company, when I saw them using something to kill weeds on the tracks.  I inquired about it and they said, "it's water, boiling wate."

      I dug down 2 feet, the roots go down about 4 feet, then poured boiling water. Apologies to the other living things it might have killed. It didn't come back as far as I know since I moved 2 years later.
