    but the fact that it came up for a vote in the first place. Even if she had voted not to consider the case, the other 4 Conservative justices would have been enough to have granted the case a writ of certiorari, no?

      She's right, now.  The court should not have taken it.  Legal observers were more shocked about that than the actual decision.

      Keep the TVA public.
