    For 50 years they had 11 districts. I imagine some of them would only have a few tens of thousands of people if drawn today.

      Looks like most of the Rs are concentrated in only two districts.

      the 7th would be D+1 for 2008, 1st would be D+2.  The rest would be Dem-leaning more so. That 1st district only has a bit over 150,000 people.
