...played a role in the Tohoku (Fukushima) EQ of 3/11/11.  This evidently caused some change to the sea floor.  Some others call these 'thinkers' conspiracy theorists.  I prefer to keep a mind open to the possibilities of such things.

I remember the ridicule I received when I first learned about Chemtrails (geo-engineering), atmospheric obscuration.  I had called the Bay Area Air Quality Management District to report the large number of  Chemtrails which appeared over Union Square (SF) for the rally for International Woman's Day; I believe it was March 2003.  It was amazing.  I pointed them out to many people who said they had never seen anything like that before.

The friendly voice of the BAAQMD man who answered the phone changed instantly when I told him I wanted to report chemtrails.  From the warm, friendly tone he instantly heaved a sign of frustration and said, "I'm so tired of you conspiracy theorists."

To this I replied, "Sir, I'm talking to you on the phone sitting at my desk with the research paper on this written by three physicists, Edward Teller, Lowell Wood and Frederick Hyde, published by Lawrence Livermore National Labs on controlling the weather through the use of applied physics. Sir, I don't think these men can be called conspiracy theorists, do you?"

The article discussed by Meteor Blades is just the latest piece of substantiation for this kind of control and attempt to dominate nature.

It is important to understand the psychology behind this dominator ideology.  Acquiring these godlike powers without a parallel growth in consciousness, wisdom, and ethics is unbalanced.  World out of balance!  The mandate of evolution is for humans to grow in wisdom and ethics to touch these awesome powers gently, not for war and subordination.
