    It might make sense to tax at the point of sale to the state in which the sale is made. But taxing at the point of delivery? This is a horrible mess.

    I'm against it. And FTR, I do my research online before I go to a brick and mortar, if I eventually do.

    It would be more effective to close some loophole at the top rather than getting dribs and drabs and adding to the cost of business and complicating accounting.

    Horrible idea.

    I don't get how a sales tax is levied out of state and then the in state rate is waived......because the item got sold but went elsewhere. Again, mess.
