    ...really should be taught in HS. Where else are people to learn? At home? The best homes are not equipped with the basic science or best practices. Universal early help is preventive and enable early identification and intervention which are essential.

    We need to be funding more adequate school counseling with consulting from pediatric psychiatrists and psychologists who could help increase the likelihood that those showing signs of mental illness might get the help they need when it might count the most.  
    Agreed. Delivery rooms, pediatricians, and preschool are key loci to distribute services.

    Also, divorce proceedings should trigger mandatory children's services.
