    It also astounds me how some Constitutional Amendments are more important than others apparently to a lot of people as shown in the poll.  Don't you dare encroach on my right to bear arms, but the 5th? (No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment...)  So quaint.  Or the 6th? (In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him...)  Or the 8th?  (Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.)

    The Constitution doesn't apply to virtually anyone the President names.  And the punishment is assassination by drone.  We are so beyond 1984 now.

    Even Democrats can be asses. Look at Rahm Emanuel.
