Many different cuisines use the same ingredients. The cooler bins at subway are filled with the same stuff at the Mexican joint, the Middle-eastern place, Mongolian BBQ and the Wok Inn. I figured a lunchtruck could feed a dozen different ethnic neighborhoods with a few add-ons to the common ingredients.
Putting disparate cuisines together, a kind of gastro-mash-up (boy, does than not sound appetizing) could spark a whole new trend! Soy sauce on your Carne Asada burrito! Tahini on your Chicken Fried Rice! General Tso's Pizza! I'm IN!

If I ran this circus, things would be DIFFERENT!

There are probably some ethnic foods that would drop ery well into this concept that I haven't thoughtof.

It's less a "Deconstruction" of food and more a "Lego Set" approach...

      And I loved legos.

I don't blame Christians. I blame Stupid. Which sadly is a much more popular religion these days.

Almost everybody has some variety of a flat bread - tortilla, naan, pita.  Some sort of beans or lentils, some use of rice. And seasonings even overlap. Both Indian and Mexican will have cumin and chiles and cilantro, but the other ingredients used make the outcomes totally different.
