    Exactly. And when the big retailers drive the small-time operators out of business by burdening them with paperwork they know they can't handle, I guarantee you the selection of merchandise available online will go down, because you'll be forced to buy only the items that Best Buy or Walmart want you to buy. It's the small (or micro) retailers that have alternative specialty merchandise that can't be found in the big box stores that only buy truckloads of the top brands. The domino effect will be that the small companies that MAKE those specialty products will also be driven out of business because they won't have an easy way to bring their products to market.
