    Yes, it's fair. He did know he was violating the law. Your story itself says so. And if any part of the gun was made out of state, there's your impact.

      allergywoman, your answers are not only obvious to anyone with a functioning brain, but the diarist's obsession with "just asking" provacative questions rooted in the "journamalism" of Starnes (who he pretends to not agree with, but really merely doesn't openly parrot him, raising implicit agreement thru his use of this unchallenged source) with such obvious answers seems to show the abscence of basic intelligence on their part.

      Not to mention that Eternal Hope avoided addressing your question that opened this thread. Maybe, if he has more intelligence than I've given him credit for here, he can give his answer:

      Why do you want someone ignorant enough to "forget" about the guns he already owns, owning guns?

      PrezObama's only mistake in the sequester is that he assumed that the Republicans would be more loyal to their oath of office to serve the people than their oath to Norquist to never close tax loopholes.
