The Image Library has taken its place.

    •  Not very keyword friendly, is it? (0+ / 0-)

If I remember, all my exif keywording data is stripped. So if I want to post a photo diary, I have to not only upload 20 or more photos, but I also need to rekeyword every one of them once they have "crossed over."

I am guessing that all other exif data is stripped, too?

My pics are posted at flickr and I strip the exif before uploading. It just seems safer that way.

        •  I also have mine at Flickrand I leave exif (1+ / 0-)

i use Lightroom to upload them, and if I go change keywords, develop settings, map loaction, etc, when Lightroom updates my Flickr account, the photos are moved to a different server farm or whatever and the embedded photos disappear. If you click on the removed photo link, you will go to Flickr and view it there.

This is why I wanted to put them in en mass. I have a habit of getting the photos uploaded to Flickr, then later reviewing keywording or adding gps data via Lightroom's Map module. I have a few photodiaries that I did that to, unknowingly. They look like this:

IIRC I've not tested the rest. If you start a thread in helpdesk with a link to an image that should have exif keyword data, I'd be happy to look into it.
