I had like four chances for it to be the first thing "out of my browser". And it never was. So that's proof of something else that you were wrong about?

Israel may have urged the US to take action IF Syria attempted to transfer weapons. That's hardly the same as claiming Israel has been after the US to attack Syria. Your assertion was simply wrong. Your own citation includes the qualification which makes it different. There's no reason to continue this. You made a claim that was false, you got called on it.

No, you didn't have four chances--it was taken out of the equation straightaway. Undaunted, you pounced on an IF that is only tangentially related to the point being made.

If there was no reason to continue this, you would have shut up about it long ago. But no--you were wrong, you got called on it, and you simply cannot abide that, because it shows your precious nation-state in a bad light. Can't have that!

At your own foolishness. You call me out for not doing something you "knew" I was going to do, but never did. Never even considered, and claim victory because...freedom?

        Words have meaning.

If a co-worker tells you...IF A happens, do B, it is not the same as that co-worker telling you to do B, absent any qualification. Claiming they're identical is height of hyperbole. You win the hyperbole award.

        good night.

          at you. Run away now!

Unlikely. I've been here a long time. I've seen a lot of people make unsupported claims and then refuse to back down from them, no matter how ridiculous the arguments. You're no different from any other ideologue who "knows". Beliefs are a hard thing to shake whether it's god or politics that guide those beliefs. Nuance is important to non-believers. To believers like you, not so much.

            •  Yes, that's actually what you did (0+ / 0-)

But now you're back for more in a dead diary. That you took the time and trouble to drag this on says much about you, and none of it is particularly flattering.

Go ahead. Make it personal some more. It won't change the fact that you were wrong.

because you just can't stay away, can you?
