with the citizens of the state. They trust and support us and we likewise do them. It's not like down in the city.

If you look at the very end of the video up above you see a bystander running in to help the wounded police before the bullets have even stopped flying.

The Sheriff's departments of this state are all rural, except for the 2 or 3 big cities. No one is shooting at them, we're all on the same side.

    •  Unless I'm mistaken, you're, like, on the Front (0+ / 0-)

Range, between Denver and Boulder. And you talk about "down in the city"? Dude, that's in the middle of the megalopolis, not anyplace out of the way. And if you look at plain population numbers, nearly no one in Colorado is any place out of the way.

Using County by County goevernance skews the results, of course, but, federal lands aside, Colorado nearly mirrors the demographics of the rest of the country. Meaning broadly left leaning. And why you're so far from that, and here, is something that seriously amazes me!

There can be no protection locally if we're content to ignore the fact that there are no controls globally.

You want to shrink rights and I want to expand them, who exactly is on the left of whom?

Oh, and I'm a precinct captain, in the Democratic Party.
