        National Judicial Conduct and Disability Law Project, Inc. (NJCDLP) is organized under the laws for the State of Indiana.  You may secure the organization's certificate of good standing from Indiana's Secretary of State.  

        NJCDLP has not sought tax exemption under 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code since its incorporation in 2004.  Neither has the organization been obliged to file a 990 return since its creation.  The threshold for that reporting requirement is $25,000 annual income.  Our staff is unpaid and borrow all major equipment and office space needed for NJCDLP affairs.
