  •  How? (7+ / 0-)

A bunch of guys break DCs gun laws and get arrested? How is that the administration's fault?

    •  this is bigger than that... (1+ / 0-)

Over the weekend Obama made the statement to dismiss the calls from the right of tyranny...

This guy being an Iraq Combat Vet is putting that to the test...his task as I'm sure was pounded into his head when he was active duty was to fight for freedom here and abroad...

If this little exercise becomes another Kent State...the argument that we are living in a state of tyranny and not freedom has been won...

Now will those on the Left of the aisle see it that way...no, they'll describe it just as you have above

For those in the middle and the right however, it becomes a different story...

    •  Actually, if they start at Arlington National Cem. (2+ / 0-)

They're on federal property, Arlington National Cemetery is a military site, civilian weapons are strictly prohibited, even in private vehicles.

If these nutcases do as they state they want to do, they'd have to deal with the Cemetery guards, US Army Military Police, National Park Service Police, Capitol Police, and FBI, as well as the DC Police.

Their "march" route seems to be exclusively on federal property, Arlington National Cemetery is Federal, the George Washington Parkway is federal, the Arlington Memorial Bridge is federal, and the Memorial Bridge empties directly on the National Mall behind the Lincoln Memorial.

I'm pretty sure that if anyone shows up it'll be with a Daisy air gun (and that too is prohibited!).
