    Battleground Texas has a plan to turn Texas Blue, largely by encouraging and assisting legal Latino immigrants to apply for citizenship, and then getting Latino citizens to register and vote at least at the same rates as Whites.

    This would have two major electoral effects, making it vastly more difficult for a Republican to be elected President, and undoing the Texas gerrymander. That is not quite enough by itself to give Democrats control of the House again, but that plus a few other similar shifts in gerrymandered swing states would do it.
