    yet you bring it up several times with the implication that because no students were disciplined it demonstrates there is some kind of double standard with this black girl in Florida.

      you seem to think, and this seems to be only you,  that I actually care. I really, really don't. It's not even in the text of the diary.

      I bring it up because it was an accident, of the kind that several people in this diary and the previous one and all over the web (what's linked above is but a small sample) report happened to them because either someone was demonstrating something or they were just curious to see what happened, with and often without teacher direction and/or supervision on and off school grounds, where they suffered little or no consequences beyond a powerful lesson on what happens when chemicals get mixed together. And maybe detention.

      not expulsion, and certainly not criminal adult charges, which is what happened here.
