    be worse off down the line due to the financial requirements then it really seems like it's better to end up with what they've already got, which isn't nothing. I think this is the endless drive for growth that we always are subject to. They could take the money and build something that is of a similar size as to what they had and then it would require the same amount of upkeep. Or, even better, build something to replace old buildings that requires less upkeep. Then it's a win-win situation.

    Instead the campuses are always expanding and expanding.

    If debt were a moral issue then, lacking morals, corporations could never be in debt.
