The Matrix Deciphered by Robert Duncan

Sometimes the precogs see different visions of the future, in which case the system only provides data on the reports which agree; the "minority report" reflecting a different potential future is discarded.

          Church Committee Reports

These 14 published reports of the Church Committee contain a wealth of information on the formation, operation, and abuses of U.S. intelligence agencies. They were published in 1975 and 1976, after which their recommendations for reform were debated in the Congress and in some cases carried out.
The Interim Report documents the Church Committee's findings on U.S. involvement in attempts to assassinate foreign leaders, particularly Patrice Lumumba of the Congo, Cuba's Fidel Castro, Rafael Trujillo of the Dominican Republic, the Diem brothers of Vietnam, and General Rene Schneider of Chile. It also contains findings on the development of a general "Executive Action" capability by the CIA.
The remaining reports are split into seven volumes of public hearings and exhibits and six books which contain the Committee's writings on the various topics investigated. These 14 reports are the most extensive review of intelligence activities ever made public.

                1.    Church Committee: Interim Report - Alleged Assassination Plots Involving Foreign Leaders
                2.    Church Committee: Book I - Foreign and Military Intelligence
                3.    Church Committee: Book II - Intelligence Activities and the Rights of Americans
                4.    Church Committee: Book III - Supplementary Detailed Staff Reports on Intelligence Activities and the Rights of Americans
                5.    Church Committee: Book IV - Supplementary Detailed Staff Reports on Foreign and Military Intelligence
                6.    Church Committee: Book V - The Investigation of the Assassination of President John F. Kennedy: Performance of the Intelligence Agencies
                7.    Church Committee: Book VI - Supplementary Reports on Intelligence Activities
                8.    Church Committee: Volume 1 - Hearings on Unauthorized Storage of Toxic Agents
                9.    Church Committee: Volume 2 - Hearings on the Huston Plan
                10.    Church Committee: Volume 3 - Hearings on the Internal Revenue Service
                11.    Church Committee: Volume 4 - Hearings on Mail Opening
                12.    Church Committee: Volume 5 - Hearings on the National Security Agency and Fourth Amendment Rights
                13.    Church Committee: Volume 6 - Hearings on the Federal Bureau of Investigation
                14.    Church Committee: Volume 7 - Hearings on Covert Action

Sometimes the precogs see different visions of the future, in which case the system only provides data on the reports which agree; the "minority report" reflecting a different potential future is discarded.
