...Markey raises some money and gets his campaign in high gear before It's Too Late.

what part of Big Fundraiser/Carole King/Michelle Obama did you miss?

I grow tired of Low-Information Handwringers.

      • Markey is ahead in the polls.
      • His opponent Gabriel Gomez is mainly getting coverage for his tax scam and his Swift-Boat-style attacks on the President last year, plus his lame excuses and half-assed denials and obfuscations.
      • Markey gets covered for his statements on issues and major endorsements.
      • Markey is, as this Diary explains, raising significant money and holding major campaign events.

It's a joke, which clearly went WAY over your head. Note the unorthodox capitalization. If you still don't get it, then you're the one with a low-information problem when it comes to great music.

And I mentioned the song in another comment on this very thread. Very good, but subtle.

The campaign is in high gear. I saw Markey speak outside a diner yesterday and he attracted over 100 people, most of whom went out to knock on doors afterward. We've got people organizing things in every precinct. We are engaged and busy. The Lynch people, all those unions, are coming fully on board. I can say from personal experience, this is nothing like the Coakley operation.
