No, that isn't anarchism. Read about the anarchist regions of Spain during the Spanish civil war, and you would get a better sense of anarchist society as practiced. Since it was during war times, it wasn't perfect, but it was a good representation of how it would work.

Everyone worked, everyone had an income and was fed, everyone had a pension, everyone had a home, everyone got health care (for free), everyone had access to education.

As to sharing cookies (LOL), hundreds of new bakeries were set up by anarchists (to give one example of anarchism in practice) to replace the substandard unhealthy ones which were filled with rats under capitalism, and far more bakery goods were provided than previously in these Spanish regions.

The workplaces were collectivized and self managed by workers using direct democracy, and this actually improved worker moral and performance, and improved production.

So your remark reflects a lack of information on your part. It is capitalists who don't wait their turn. They want it all at the expense of others, and they don't tend to like sharing, but rather are more interested in economic warfare and cut throat competition with their next door neighbors. Anarchism, on the other hand, is all about mutual aid and sharing.

    Please inform yourself better.
