      whether or how to ban 3D guns, but with the power dynamic between the distributed model they represent and the concentrated influence of the firearms manufacturing industry.

        ...a good place to look, then, since the advent of 2D printers (not to mention computer screens), together with the distribution model afforded by the internet has presumably already transformed that industry, even without 3D printers.
