Impeach Hillary as what?  Senator?  That would be NY state jurisdiction.

As SoS?  Can appointed people be impeached?  Or just asked to resign?

I know the Repukes hate the Clintons, but after all these years one could hope that the mere mention of the name would not have them still frothing at the mouth.

What pisses me off is that I have to feel like defending either one of them when I'm pissed about Bill's signing Gramm-Leach-Bliley which repealed Glass-Steagall (Bad, Bill, really really BAD!), pissed that Bill invited the Bush Crime Family into his charity work and on the surface is bosom buddies with them (which taints Bill and Hillary both by association), and I thoroughly dislike and vehemently disagree with Hillary's hawkishness in world affairs - like her saying US troops should be sent to Africa to "protect America's vital interests there" - i.e., the oil fields.  F##k NO.  Put money into R&D for energy sources that replace fossil fuels and leave Africa and it's delicate ecosystems alone.  They have one of the last places on earth with wildlife that normal people with a conscience value.  Get the idiots fighting each other to stop, sure, but that can be done without military intervention, I should think:  Just do NOT supply ANY of them with weapons, since they also use those same weapons to kill gorillas, elephants, lions, chimps, etc.  They can stop a war if the warring factions do not have weapons that can kill people or animals.  Duh.

I want the Clintons to retire and pester their daughter about providing them with a grandchild and stay the hell out of the limelight.

I'm sick of attempts to steer this nation from principles evolved in The Age of Reason to hallucinations derived from illiterate herdsmen. ~ Crashing Vor

You can't impeach a Senator. They can only be expelled by the Senate (with a 2/3 vote).

But you can impeach "the President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States," according to Art. II Sec. 4.

Secretary of War to Ulysses Grant, William Belknap, was impeached following his resignation. But the Senate declined to try the case.
