Despite protestations from figures such as Afran and O’Brien and past admonitions from groups like the ACLU, for the first time in our history the military has granted itself authority to quell a civil disturbance. Changing this rule now requires congressional or judicial intervention.
How many people know about this.
Where is the media when they`re needed.
    Great find Johnny
Slowly but surely, & at an increasing pace, we are losing what we`ve always taken for granted.

I`m already against the next war.

Good to hear from an old friend, :-)

The article was published 2 days ago on Tuesday and states that the regulation was changed on Monday. The story seems to be slow to get out.

Although the article seems to be well sourced I think it's prudent to give it a day or two to see how it shakes out. But if someone wants to run with it, please do.

If true we need to scream this from the rooftops. As buhdy always said "Roar Louder!!"
