    It is possible to survive being so ill. Not easy, and it might not happen, but it is possible. My dad was this sick--pneumonia first, and then the sepsis--several years ago, and he is still here.
    I hope that your MIL pulls through. Prayers on their way.

      Please pray for DH. I know he will not sleep well and will drive like a nut job once he leaves. He's a drag racer. Only one speed - fast. We have already had the discussion. I want you to drive safe. I will be praying hard. I want the DH home safe and his mom recovering. It is the best I can hope for.

      if a habitat is flooded, the improvement for target fishes increases by an infinite percentage...because a habitat suitability index that is even a tiny fraction of 1 is still infinitely higher than zero, which is the suitability of dry land to fishes.

      In the matter of less than 12hrs I went from being fine except for a small cough to the verge of death with strep pneumonia and sepsis. I'm still here.
