    I would not do this, I'm grateful for the chance to get affordable health insurance.

    Having said that, a person could decide to be a free rider and not purchase health insurance under the law and then refuse to pay the tax by claiming a religious exemption. If the IRS chooses to pursue litigation against the free rider, then that is where your standing comes into play.

    It didn't work for Wesley Snipes but then again, Snipes didn't claim a religious exemption.

    God gave you free will to define God, use it to make the best God that you can.
