  •  Please tell your doctor (6+ / 0-)

the medications are only work "fairly well," but you still hear that voice. Doctors adjust medications, but they can't know it's necessary if you don't tell them.

I know it's hard to pick up the phone at such times. But you must if your brain disease needs a change in treatment.

Dismiss everything else, and just do that one thing. Give the prescribing doctor the information.

Then hang  in there and things will change. Change is the only constant. They're learning new things about the brain daily, and there is likely help. It may take some patience, but it is worth the effort, starting with one phone call to provide information to the doctor.

    Best wishes to you.

I'm not scheduled to see him until July 11th.  I see my counselor before then and I have a meds appt at the end of the month, so I asked him to up the Risperdal a little and see if that will shut her up.

I'm up for a couple hours then crash out again - and it's crash out again time.

And we sail and we sail and we never see land, just the rum in the bottle and a pipe in my hand...
