    times in modern history when presidential Impeachment charges were brought. Once against Richard Nixon diriving him from Office for, oh, I don't know, say any number of outright felonies, and, well subverting this, that, and the other actually takes back seat to the felonies (though in his case, maybe only just barely), so any number of felonies.

    And then a guy named "Slick Willie" got charged with, but not convicted of, being a run of the mill "political sex adict".

    And here we go on number two, minus the sex, again?

    There can be no protection locally if we're content to ignore the fact that there are no controls globally.
