    10Am here in the canyon.

    So, on that Verizon thing. I didn't see a connection to one of the cites, though perhaps to the AP story, since it's a bout phone records? I know that Verizon has demonstrated complete willingness to turn over records, even without a warrant, but is Virgin on record saying it would not? And does the non-contract add teeth to that of which I am not aware?

    And in other news, things are looking up for garment workers! No?

    From here on out, no one can escape the havoc wrought by the unmitigated Class, Climate and Terror Wars.

      if they are on the record, so good point.  But since we knew it was Verizon this time, it was just to make a point, but all the telecoms probably do the same thing.
