    I think it'd be a lot easier to enforce a mandate of total disclosure.

      and I can imagine that one could put in language about participating on boards

      look, the rich guys want credit for their "Good works" -  they do not want to go anonymous there

      it is hard to come up with leverage on c4s, unless we do simply argue that all entities under that section must disclose all donors over some amount - say $!00.
