    in open piles is odious, no matter what, and it should be enclosed, to prevent windblown air pollution, especially from huge piles.

    Mr. LakeSuperior, doesn't Michigan have regs for PM emissions controls for large storage piles?

      however, such rules would not require building enclosures
      of pet coke piles.

      I've not seen any claims about fugitive emissions from
      the pet coke piles or any other information about fugdust
      controls at this site.

      A RACT-level control would use water spraying requirements to control dust from piles.
