  •  We need a Guest Worker Minimum Wage. (10+ / 0-)

We should demand that no guest workers be admitted unless they get paid $200,000/yr.

When a corporation asks for a guest worker, they are claiming that that guy is better than Every Single American.

Such a paragon deserves a high salary.

Make them put their money where their mouths are.

The truly brilliant, hard to find person, in high tech area that actually has a shortage of workers should be granted an H-1B visa.
In a field where there is thousands of American workers sitting at home on unemployment or have given up and taken a survival job at Home Depot or something similar, the flood of H-1B visa people into the employment pool continues.  This bill apparently wants to make the situation worse.
