    ...the infrastructure that's been built would do a lot for 50-state strategy if locals had access to it. Some bloggers were making this point in 2008.

      chair beginning in 2005 should have been nurtured and sustained, but apparently not after 2008.

      Hopefully, there will be enough experienced grassroots Democrats who will be available when it has to be rebuilt, but, since the nomination process for 2016 is already being preempted, the effort should (again) be directed to the states and state legislatures.

      The decision will have to be not to follow the lead of the DNC.
