    This is becoming the norm.  Districts are actively pushing very young teachers with as little as three years experience to become administrators. Districts are paying these young people with little experience to earn their administration certificate, while most teachers had to pay for their certificates on their own

    Once scary thing I have heard is something like teach for america, expect for b-school graduates.  In this line of thought, the problem with schools is management, and since all management is the same, if we bring trained managers into a school, let them work for two years, schools would be better run.  The problem under this theory is that administration is too friendly with the teachers.  By having an tough outsider come in and create an environment of educational entrepreneurship, all our problems will magically be solved by the power of the invisible hand.
