    none of them particularly inspiring. I welcome another voice added to the debate. And I haven't yet picked a favorite. As a NYC Dem, my vote is still up for grabs among at least 3 candidates, and Weiner is one.

      Despite no name recognition and a very low-key campaign, he came incredibly close to kicking Bloomberg to the curb.

      •  IMO, Thompson's performance (0+ / 0-)

        was not because of a particularly good campaign on Thompson's part but Bloomberg fatigue and  rebellion that he bought himself an illegal 3rd term.

        I know I personally voted against Bloomberg, not for Thompson. Even his supporters couldn't really articulate why they liked him.
