    It gives the haters the opportunity to play victims. We're already seeing things like that with the gay bashers. When we boycotted Chik Fil A, Dan Cathy was some sort of freedom fighter who was having his free speech rights taken away by evil liberals who wanted to silence him. All because we wouldn't give him our money for his overpriced sandwiches. I can only imagine the victim hood status that would occur if we actually cracked down on these bigots with the actual weight of the government.

    I also think it is the lack of freedom that has allowed the neo-Nazis to rise to power over there. Being a Nazi is illegal, literally. So they have to change their names and pretend to be something else to get under the radar. Because the racists don't need to do that here, they don't. As a result, they are largely marginalized from the mainstream politics. Unfortunately, this is also what has given rise to "dog whistle" politics. In a way, it seems this Griffin character learned something from us.

      Its because they pay their people more as well as have better benefits as well as the quality of the product.

      You might not like their politics, but if you want $1 burger, you are talking minimum wage.
